If you’ve made the commitment to the 24 day challenge, you may find yourself a little lost with all the information in front of you. Don’t let the challenge book scare you, it’s there to help you! It will be one of the most vital tools you have to keep you on track to reaching your goal.
But, just in case you are feeling overwhelmed there are several things you can do.
1. Stay plugged in!
Do not be afraid to contact your distributor to ask questions or seek out motivation. If you’re feeling like you have hit a wall, CALL YOUR DISTRIBUTOR. They are ADVOCATES who CARE, they are there (and more than happy) to help you reach your goals!
2. Set alarms!
Utilize the alarm clock on your phone to the fullest! Set an alarm for your morning spark and catalyst. Set an alarm for your fiber drink. It may seem like it’s a bit much, but you spent the money, you made the commitment, and ultimately you are responsible for keeping yourself on track. Don’t get me wrong, your distributor can walk you through everything in depth start to finish, they can provide endless support, information, recipes, what ever you need! But, all their help will do you no good if YOU aren’t COMMITTING
3. Familiarize yourself with the do’s and do not’s
Know your portion sizes. Know what to avoid on the challenge. Know what carbs to eat and how much. It can seem overwhelming (and this is one place where your book will come in handy) but it is a lifestyle. There was a reason you chose this challenge, remember that reason.
Here’s a list of some complex carbs you can enjoy
4. Plan Time to exercise
I’ve said it once I will say it again, a 24 minute workout takes up 1.6% of your day, there is no good excuse not to! Exercise is the best way to speed up weight loss, and Advocare’s CU24 is my all time favorite thing to pair with the challenge to maximize results. (you can order CU24 here)
5. DO NOT GIVE UP!
I don’t care if you have to write your reason on your hand every single day, if you have to message or call me every single day for a boost, I don’t care what it takes YOU DO NOT GIVE UP. You started this journey for you and you need to finish it strong for you. You CAN do this.
